As a mature enterprise, Gladore is always actively
giving back to the community in all approaches. In the field of public
welfare especially, Gladore constantly supports development in order to
show our appreciation.
Public Welfare
Gladore attaches great importance to environmental-protection and
public health projects. During the SARS outbreak, we donated a large
amount of food waste disposers to the government and medical institutions,
making enormous contributions to the anti-SARS battle. Relying on our
technical superiority, we won high appraisal from the Shanghai municipal
government for our active participation in the Shanghai Suzhou Cleaning
Project. In 2003 we also took part in the western China drinking water
project, which was conducted by the state council. With the help of
Gladore's patented water processing technique, we succeeded in achieving
the goal of giving people in western China healthy and clean drinking
water. In 2007, China had the strongest floodwaters in fifty years,
damaging many provinces. Gladore presented water purifiers and some
articles for use to people that suffered from the disaster. Afterwards, we
received much appraisal from these people who really like our products.
Hope Project
Education is the future of human beings. Gladore has set up
"Gladore Scholarship" in many famous USA universities to help students
finish their studies. Now in China, Gladore continues to support Chinese
educational causes. Gladore has built several hope primary schools and
hope libraries to offer a contribution to Chinese elementary education.
In addition, Gladore also actively participates in neighborhood
activities, such as planting trees, paying visits to the elderly, and
offering free tuition for children from underprivileged families.
Through all these meaningful activities, our enterprise culture not only
shines inside the corporation, but also influences the whole society.
