Self resolution for Gladore water purifiers

Self-Resolution

Water Purifier J Series

Appliance does not work.  

Check the following:

- Is appliance plugged in?

- Is the input ball-valve open? Is water pressure normal?

Water output is below normal.

- Is calculation correct?

- Are the filtration cores older than recommended date?

- Is the water temperature too low?

Water Purifier Z Series

No or little water output

- If output water pressure is too low, change the filtration cores.

- If pre-posed filtration core is blocked, wash it and try again.

- If the super filtration membrane is blocked, please install equipment that enhances
  water pressure.

Leaking

- If the joint is loose,  tighten the joint screw.

- Make sure there are no cracks in the pipes. If there are, then replace these parts.

Water does not taste fresh.

- If postponed active carbon core is past the expiration date, please change it.

Undesirable water quality

- If super filtration membrane is broken, please change it.

The core quickly fills up with impurities.

- Source water is too dirty, please add pre-filtration devices.

Water Purifier F Series

Appliance does not work.  

Check the following:

- Is the appliance plugged in?

- Is the input ball-valve open? Is water pressure normal?

- Is the water tank full?

Appliance does not work automatically.

- Does everything else work correctly?

- Are the high and low pressure switches set to normal? (If not, please inform a repairman
  in order to correct the problem)

Abnormal noise during operation

- Is voltage normal levels?

- Are all transformers working correctly?

- Is the high pressure pump working well?

Water output amount is low.

- Is calculation correct?

- Is the RO membrane too dirty? Please wash periodically to insure correct operation.

- Is water temperature too low?

- Are the  filtration cores too dirty or past expiration date?
