1. What happens to my application once submitted?
It will be reviewed by HR and systematically answered by e-mail or by
post. If the company has an interest in your application, an appointment will be
made. If your CV better fits the needs of another department, it will be
transmitted for further review.
2. What should I do if I wish to submit my application without knowing which subsidiary would suit me best?
When you submit your application it will go to the HR department, who
will then review your application, and see if it applies to any current
positions.

Is it possible to begin working for
Gladore based if I come from a different country?
Yes, it is quite possible as long as you have the linguistic knowledge or
professional skills required for the post.

If I start working with one
branch of Gladore, shall I be given the opportunity further on to work in
another subsidiary?
Yes, Gladore has a Human Resources Management policy which allows mobile
individuals with potential to work in different groups, and therefore, develop
their career in the best conditions.
5. Does the Gladore provide training to its employees?
Soon after being hired, managers attend an induction program in order to
get to better know the group culture and organization. Employees are offered
many other training programs which are ongoing.
