It is very simple to maintain a Gladore water purifier. One of the most
important things to remember is to change the filtration cores periodically so
as to keep water pure.
- In order to have all parts of a water purifier function properly, purifier
users should the change filtration cores periodically. The period varies
according to the quality of the water source. You should know how good water
quality is from a professional tester or your own experience.
According to statistics, a family of three consumes 50 liters of tap water every
day.
We suggest the following periods for core replacement:
No.
Accessory
Lifetime
When to change
1
PP filtration core
3-6months
No water output or a dramatic
decline
2
Particle active carbon filtration core
4-6months
When water no longer
tastes natural and sweet
3
Contracted active carbon filtration core
5-7months
4
Postponed active carbon filtration core
4-6months
5
Super filtration membrane
20-24months
Very little water output, and less
than 30 liters/hour
- When using ground water or unqualified tap water as source, the period for
changing the filtration core will be shortened due to worsened
conditions. A simple way to test is: when water pressure, currency, and switches,
etc. are all working normally but water output has an obvious decrease, it can be said
that the filtration core is blocked. If water output still has no change after the
change of No. 1 filtration core, please change core No. 2.
- Please follow step by step until water output quantity and
taste become normal. Period for changing filtration core completely depends on
the quality of the water source and how often purifier is used. Normal
operation and quality water can be ensured if recommended periods for core changing are adopted.
Therefore, the periods suggested above are only for reference.
